Meet Attorney Spencer Welch.
Spencer Welch spends the majority of his time representing families and individuals harmed by the negligence of others. Before starting his own Firm, Spencer served as defense counsel on over 500 ride-share and commercial vehicle accident cases throughout Texas.
Spencer has served as referral counsel for over a dozen lawyers on some of their most complicated and high-profile personal injury and commercial cases. Other lawyers have called his work “absolutely outstanding” while noting that he takes approaches that “most other lawyers would not think of or even know about.” Spencer’s ability to “run over the big guys” in procedural moves has resulted in payouts of millions more than what the lawyers who hired him expected to take home.
Spencer earned his law degree from Harvard Law School and his undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas. Spencer previously worked as an economics instructor at the University of Arkansas and Harvard College. He also previously served on the board of directors of the Harvard Mediation Program and the Harvard Law School Texas Club. For several years, Spencer served as a volunteer driver with the Houston Ground Angels—a support network serving cancer patients seeking treatment in Houston. He also serves as a mentor and tutor for first generation future law students—and he has been invited to speak at law schools and universities about finding success in the legal field.
Spencer is closely intertwined with the medical community. His wife, Allison Welch, DDS, is an award winning cosmetic dentist who has served low-income patients throughout Texas, Arkansas, and Missouri. Spencer has represented doctors, dentists, and other professionals in complicated business arrangements and litigation. All the while, Spencer focuses the majority of his time representing everyday people through events that change their lives—and does so with the compassion, detail, and determination that they deserve.
